Healthy Blueberry Smoothie

This is the perfect Breakfast Smoothie packed with anti-oxidants and vitamins to get you ready for your workout! If you need an extra source of protein, please feel free to add 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder and adjust the water accordingly. 

This makes 1 serving.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries, picked and rinsed
  • 1 small banana
  • 4 oz 0% plain greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp milled flax
  • 1 cup water

Method:

1. Place ingredients in the blender & blend till smooth!
2. Pour into a glass or shaker & enjoy!
