Short on time for your workout? Here’s a fast total-body HIIT to get the most out of your session - in less than 20 minutes.

HIIT is where cardio meets strength training for a complete body workout. Training in quick intervals will give you a sweat-worthy training session in 20 minutes or less. You’ll build muscle, increase strength, burn calories, and be on time for work. 

Circuit A

Do 4 rounds of 10 reps as fast as you can. Only take little rests between each (10 seconds max)
